Terms & Conditions — bittaka User Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bittaka platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using bittaka, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bittaka website or associated mobile platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bittaka (the "Platform" or "Operator").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the bittaka platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. bittaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules that are published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's rules, the promotion rules will take precedence only for matters directly governed by that promotion.

Age Restriction & Eligibility
bittaka is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any activity offered on the bittaka platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm under your own responsibility that you meet this minimum age requirement.
bittaka takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in temporary suspension of account access until identity can be confirmed. Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 at the time of play will be voided and forfeited in their entirety.

- You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.

- You are not acting on behalf of another person. All accounts must be registered and used solely by the individual whose details appear on the account.
- You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement on this or any affiliated platform.

Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of betting and casino services offered by bittaka, you are required to register a personal account. You may only hold one account on bittaka. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended, with all balances forfeited.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. bittaka may, at any point, require you to submit supporting documentation — such as a national identification card, passport, or utility bill — to verify the details you have provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bittaka will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify our support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Your account security responsibilities include the following:
- Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for an additional layer of account protection.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
- Keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accessible so we can reach you for security alerts.
bittaka reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Players who do not pass KYC verification will have withdrawals suspended until all required documents are provided and assessed.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
bittaka supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to the needs of players in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected local bank transfers via institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bittaka account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the issuing institution.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawal requests will be rejected.
- Any active bonus funds must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made from a bonus-linked balance.
- bittaka reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
- Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
All transactions on bittaka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bittaka does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency and does not issue withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
Transaction Security: All payment sessions on bittaka are protected by TLS 1.3 end-to-end encryption. bittaka does not store card details on its own servers. Real-time fraud monitoring is active on all deposit and withdrawal channels.
Bonuses & Promotions
bittaka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page or in the communication through which the offer is delivered. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms associated with that bonus in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
General rules that apply to all bittaka bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the creation of duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and possible account suspension.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible account.
- Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
- Free spins or free bet awards expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
- bittaka reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus claimed in good faith prior to the cancellation of a promotion will be honoured under the terms that were current at the time of claiming.
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the systematic exploitation of wagering requirements through low-risk strategies, may result in the removal of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

Betting Rules & Fair Play
All sports betting, casino games, and instant-win products offered on bittaka are subject to the specific rules of each product as published on the platform. In the event of any technical malfunction, communication error, or other system failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, bittaka reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.
For sports betting, the following general rules apply:
- Bets are accepted subject to the odds published at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The confirmed odds are those displayed at the point of bet submission.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the platform's live betting rules. bittaka reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice.
- Match or event cancellations will result in affected bets being voided and stakes returned. Postponed events are treated according to the rules stated for the relevant sport.
- bittaka does not knowingly accept bets that it has reason to believe are placed with the benefit of inside information or in connection with any match-fixing arrangement. Any bet that bittaka reasonably determines to have been placed in such circumstances will be voided.
For casino games — including live casino titles streamed from studios such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — the rules of each individual game govern that game's outcomes. All casino games on bittaka use certified, independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by bittaka in any way.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bittaka platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Fraudulent activity: Including use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, or any deliberate attempt to deceive bittaka or its payment partners.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including through multiple accounts, VPN usage to circumvent geo-restrictions, or use of automated software to place bets.
- Money laundering: Using the bittaka platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. bittaka is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any automated betting systems to interact with the bittaka platform without prior written authorisation from the Operator.
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain access to another player's account, to the platform's administrative systems, or to any data to which you are not authorised.
- Abusive behaviour: Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at bittaka support staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.
Zero Tolerance for Fraud: bittaka employs real-time fraud detection and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent conduct will have all balances permanently forfeited and may be subject to criminal prosecution.
Account Suspension & Closure
bittaka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe, suspected underage use, or at the request of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the bittaka support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may also make use of bittaka's self-exclusion tools rather than closing their account permanently. Where an account is closed by bittaka due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bittaka will communicate the reason for closure and the treatment of any remaining balance in writing to the registered email address of the affected player, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
